This instructional video was produced for the San Joaquin Electrical Training Institute to guide foremen on how to properly evaluate apprentices during on-the-job training. As producer, I partnered with the client to identify the key messages and training objectives. From there, I developed the script and storyboard, conducted casting, performed site surveys to select shooting locations, and directed the production. In post, I collaborated closely with the editor to shape the narrative and integrate supporting graphics, ensuring the video delivered the client’s message with clarity and impact.
